Summer Citrus Splash load us up with vitamins and nutrients to keep us going! Summer is in full swing, and so is 2019! This Monday Munchies recipe is tasty and refreshing.

What you’ll need:

Fresh oranges (1-2), peeled and sliced
1 cup fresh pineapple, peeled and sliced
1 fresh red ruby grapefruit, peeled and sliced
Ginger, one thumb of fresh ginger (more or less if desired)
Lemon, peeled and sliced, 2-3 wedges
Fresh mint, 1/2 a cup
Ice, 1/2 cup
Coconut water, 1 cup (more or less if desired- feel free to add the coconut flesh in too! )

Step 1
Put desired equal amounts of oranges, pineapple and grapefruit in a blender

Step 2
Add the lemon, ginger, mint, ice and coconut water

Step 3
Blitz on high until all is blended smooth

Step 4
Enjoy a Summer Citrus Splash in the sun with a loved one.
