The 10,000 Toes Campaign is committed to stamping out diabetes and other non-communicable diseases (NCDs) that are having a devastating effect on the South Pacific nations. Every 20 minutes, someone in the South Pacific islands loses their life or limb due to diabetes. This deadly disease can be avoided with early health screening and healthy lifestyle choices.

As part of our mission to save lives and limbs in the South Pacific, we are continuing with our important and popular free health checks for the community, especially here in Tonga. The basic health screening that most of us take for granted, including blood pressure, heart rate, weight, height, and waist measurement, and free health consultation to patients, is making a huge difference in raising awareness of the importance of health to Tongans and other South Pacific nations.

We work with governments, key health workers, Non-Governmental Organisations, villages, communities, towns and cities to help save lives and limbs and rely on donations to help us train volunteers into 10,000 Toes Ambassadors to run these much-needed free health checks and we need your support.
