Ingredients
½ cup of rolled oats
1 ½ cup of water
An apple, grated
4 dates, chopped
¼ of cinnamon or mixed spice
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium saucepan. Bring to boil, stirring frequently, then turn down heat and simmer for 5 minutes
Step 2
Remove from heat and pour into bowels
Step 3
Serve with non-dairy milk if desired
