Ingredients
340g asparagus spears
1 clove of garlic
1 tbsp ground almonds
dash of paprika
Preparation
Step1
Place all ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth
Step 2
If too thick, add a small amount of water
Step 3
Pour into a saucepan and boil until mixture reaches desired consistency
Step 4
Pour over steamed vegetables
Optional: garnish with flaked almonds
