This red kidney bean dip will will satisfy any snack craving!

What you’ll need:

400g can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained (save liquid)
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
lemon juice (optional)
salt (optional)

Step 1
Place beans, garlic, tomato paste, paprika and sun-dried tomatoes in food processor. Blend until well chopped.

Step 2
Add saved bean liquid and mix to desired consistency.

Step 3
Season with salt and lemon juice to taste. Enjoy!
