What you’ll need:

1 cup chopped banana
1 cup frozen strawberries
2 tbsp raw nut butter of your choice
2 tsp chia seeds
2 pinches of salt
2 tbsp tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp shredded coconut

Step 1
Put banana, strawberries, nut butter, chia seeds, salt, and 1/2 of the maple syrup in a (high speed) blender, puree on high speed for 1-2 minutes until smooth.

Step 2
Stir through the coconut or serve it on top

Step 3
Enjoy strawberry pudding chilled and welcome in 2019
