Vegetable Kebabs are a great way to get the kids to eat vegetables! They are great for entertaining, and look delicious on the bbq. Use any vegetables you like, but be sure to make it colourful!
What you’ll need:
Small mushrooms
Cherry tomatoes
Zucchini
Capsicum
Eggplant
Red onion
Sauce of your choice (check the label for the sugar content!)
Skewers
Step 1
Cut vegetables into pieces 1-2cm
Step 2
Thread vegetables onto skewers and place on a double-sided grill
Step 3
Cook until the vegetables are just tender
Step 4
Serve with sauce of your choice and enjoy!
