Keynote speakers like Dr Eduardo Ramirez, Dr Chester Kuma, Dr Luisa Cikamatana, Mrs Pamela Townend and Dr Geraldine Przybylko shared invaluable insights. Topics ranged from diabetes complications to brain plasticity and the powerful connection between spirituality and health.

Ending on a High Note

Each day concluded with reflection and inspiration. The final morning featured a beach workout followed by sessions on managing depression in diabetics, understanding mind-body connections, and tackling future health challenges.

The “Ambassadors Voice” session allowed participants to share ideas, discuss challenges, and brainstorm ways to elevate the 10,000 Toes Campaign to new heights. The energy and collaboration were inspiring—proof of the growing momentum in this life-changing movement.
