Ingredients
1 cup currants
½ cup water
1/3 cup of shredded or desiccated coconut
Step 1
Place currants and water in a saucepan, simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes
Step 2
Transfer the mixture into a blender or food processor. Add coconut and process until evenly mixed and finely chopped.
Step 3
