Make Fruit Rice for breakfast, lunch or dinner! Brown rice has more fibre and nutrients and less carbohydrates than white rice.

What you’ll need:

¾ cup of sultanas
425g can fruit in natural juice
1 cup of uncooked brown rice
3 cups of water

Step 1
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

Step 2
Combine all the ingredients in a casserole dish, cover and bake for two hours.

Step 3
Enjoy served cold or warm!
