Making myself breakfast. My breakfast consists of oats, blueberries, strawberries, banana and apple. You can add honey if you wish, but I choose not to. This is a great breakfast because there is no processed sugar.
There are plenty of nutrients here to keep the body healthy.
This is a power packed healthy breakfast to give you lots of energy and keep you going.
