Muesli that is delicious and healthy. A breakfast recipe great for your body and sure to fill you up with goodness for the day. This Muesli is not only yummy, great for your body but economical too!

What you’ll need:

5 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups sunflower seeds
1 1/2 cups shredded coconut
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp honey
2-3 tbsp oil
1/2 – 3/4 cup of fresh fruit juice
1-2 cups chopped dried fruit of your choice

Step 1
Preheat oven to 100 degrees.

Step 2
Combine rolled oats, sunflower seeds, coconut and salt in a large mixing bowl. Whisk honey, oil and fruit juice. Mix through dry ingredients.

Step 3
Place the mixture on a baking tray and cook for approx 1 hour, stirring every 20 minutes.

Step 4
When the muesli is toasted, mix in your choice of dried fruit, turn oven off and leave muesli in oven until cold.

Step 5
Enjoy with your favourite nut milk, Greek yogurt or just on it’s own. Add any healthy variations you like, nuts, seeds, fruit etc. Serves 10-12
