Mixed Bean Salad is what we are sharing today. Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy a delicious, fresh salad!
What you’ll need:
400g can mixed beans, rinsed well & drained
1 red capsicum, diced
1 red onion, thinly sliced
1/2 cup of black olives
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup of diced celery
3 cups of cooked corn kernels
1 cup of cooked green beans
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
