What you’ll need:

1 ½ cup non-dairy milk
4 pear halves
1 cup frozen berries
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp ground almonds
1 cm ginger root, peeled and sliced
½ tsp vanilla essence
150g berry soy/coconut yoghurt (optional)

Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2
Place in your most fancy cup and enjoy
