Za’atar Popcorn is today’s recipe. We don’t need to dread the first day of the working week when we have healthy, delicious snacks prepared! Great for those cold nights in front of a good movie too!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1/2 cup popped pop-corn kernels
4 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup Za’atar spice blend
Salt (Sea-salt or pink Himalayan)
Place your popped popcorn in a large mixing bowl, and drizzle olive oil over it, tossing to mix evenly.
Add Za’atar blend, tossing to mix evenly.
Add salt to taste. Enjoy! ?
HINT: Store in a ziplock bag at room temperature overnight.
