Banana Smoothie is today’s delicious recipe. It’s almost spring here in Australia, and although smoothies are for any season, they are especially satisfying in the warmer months!
What you’ll need for this easy, quick, simple smoothie:
1 banana
1/2 cup oats
a dash of cinnamon
1 tbsp of natural peanut butter
6 pitted dates (or 1-2 tbsp of honey)
2 1/4 cups of your favourite plant milk

Add all your ingredients to a blender
Step 2
Blend until smooth
Step 3
Enjoy in your fanciest cup or jar
